INGREDIENTS
1?2 cup sugar 1?3 cup cocoa powder 1?3 cup water 4 cups milk 1 teaspoon vanilla
DIRECTIONS
Stir cocoa powder and sugar in a pot. Add water and stir. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Boil two minutes. Add milk (I use 1 can canned milk and equal water, plus 1 cup of whole milk). Heat until hot. Add vanilla and serve.
